About our Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your goo.ey.

All goo.ey products are covered by a one-year warranty.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. After 28 days, we only accept returns on faulty items (this excludes fair wear and tear).

Your returns checklist

To return your goo.ey please -

• Email us at backoffice@gooeyhq.com confirming a refund or exchange
• Put your order number in the subject line of the email
• Return your goo.ey within 28 days of receipt to

Once we receive your goo.ey we will refund or exchange within 14 days.
